In October 2021 we had our annual external audit for ISO 9001:2015 (Management Systems) and HACCP (Food Safety). We successfully passed both audits with no non conformance raised so are continuing to maintain our certifications.
Once again this was a remote audit due to border closures. We look forward to our auditor visiting in 2022 and seeing all the changes that have been implemented since his last visit, especially in the areas of cleaning and GMP. The cellar should be congratulated for the improvements that can be seen throughout the winery.
As a business, our main focus is improving our Site Standards. Hence the focus on GMP and cleaning practices within the winery, training and generation of new SOP’s.
It is an exciting time for the winery with so many improvements already a reality.
